Fae is an alternative RnB/Afrop Pop Canadian artist from Ottawa, Ontario. Born in Dakar, Senegal, since before she could even make out lyrics, music was always a source of joy and comfort. She moved to Canada at 11 years old with big dreams and started releasing music as soon as she could. Music helped Fae find a confident voice and a way to express herself emotionally in an environment that did not favour it. Her lyrics come from the heart of her personal experiences, which she hopes will help people discover more of themselves. For Fae, the world is a better place with music as it allows us to feel, to experience, to relate, to share. When words fail, music has the answer. Fae just released an afro pop single titled “On My Own” and a Brazilian funk remix of her single “Pressure”. Fae is currently focusing on releasing more songs, building an audience and looking for performance opportunities to take her music on the road to more ears!

Inspired by pioneering female DJs and Ottawa’s diverse music scene, DJ Karyen started with a love for Hip Hop and has since explored many musical styles. She became well-known through her two years as a DJ on HOT 89.9 FM and received several award nominations for her skills. She’s performed at major events like the Toronto Caribbean Carnival and has been featured in media and art exhibits. Now, as a JUNO/CARAS Academy Delegate, she’s shaping the music industry while also working in artist management and event promotion, aiming to grow her global presence.

Over the span of her twenty year career, Eternia has toured extensively in Canada, the United States, Mexico, Australia, & Europe; those that are lucky enough to catch her on stage credit her as one of the best live performers they have witnessed.
