ABOUT CRANIUM ARTS PROJECT

Cranium Arts Project is a not-for-profit professional music presenter and industry support organization, we support the improvement of Ottawa and Canada’s music industry and community, via professional development, networking, learning activities, concerts, conferences and our annual music festival. These efforts place Cranium as a bridge to connect Ottawa based music professionals to others around the world. Cranium Arts Project acknowledges Hip-Hop, R&B, Soul, Dancehall and EDM music as black culture. While systemic discrimination has created unequal access to full participation in all aspects of society for Black, Indigenous and People of Colour, Cranium Arts Project therefore prioritizes engaging with BIPOC professionals and beneficiaries when booking artists or contractors and when delivering professional development programming.
