Dax, a.k.a. Daniel Nwosu Jr., was born in St. John’s, but before he was a year old his parents, who are originally from Nigeria, moved the family to Ottawa, where he grew up. He has since also called a few states home, and currently divides his time between his hometown and L.A., spending more and more time in Ottawa due to family.

Fae is an alternative RnB/Afrop Pop Canadian artist from Ottawa, Ontario. Born in Dakar, Senegal, since before she could even make out lyrics, music was always a source of joy and comfort. She moved to Canada at 11 years old with big dreams and started releasing music as soon as she could. Music helped Fae find a confident voice and a way to express herself emotionally in an environment that did not favour it. Her lyrics come from the heart of her personal experiences, which she hopes will help people discover more of themselves. For Fae, the world is a better place with music as it allows us to feel, to experience, to relate, to share. When words fail, music has the answer.
